JoEllen Warren
joined Murphy Law Office, PLLC as a paralegal in May 2007. She
provides support to attorneys by drafting contracts and real
estate documents, assisting with mergers and acquisitions,
performing due diligence and closing transactions. Her previous
experience includes preparation of business entity documents,
corporate record management, employment law, and research and
registration of public and private securities.
JoEllen has a M.A. in Higher Education
Administration (1992) from the University of Minnesota and a B.A.
in Psychology (1990) from the University of Wisconsin (Eau
Claire). Through the Idaho Association of Paralegals, Inc.
JoEllen has volunteered with the Idaho State Bar’s Volunteer
Lawyers Program.
