Charles M. Murphy

Charles “Chuck” Murphy is a graduate of the University of Idaho College of Law (1994) and received his undergraduate degree from the University of  Idaho (1989).  He is admitted to practice in Idaho State Bar, the Federal District of Idaho Bar, the Utah State Bar, and the Federal District of Utah Bar.

 Since 1994, Mr. Murphy has been primarily involved in insurance defense and insurance related representation.  His practice also includes real estate transactions and employment law litigation, business entity formation (corporations, partnerships, limited partnerships, limited liability companies), litigation, advice, management and dissolution.  Additional areas of concentration include estate planning, civil litigation, collections, and contract law.

 Mr. Murphy maintains active memberships in the Idaho State Bar, Utah State Bar, Washington State Bar, the American Inns of Court, and the Salt Lake County Bar Association.
